the 7z file is 1.19 GB in size (5.79 GB unzipped). I've checked again and my e-mail program can only send files up to 120 MB. How can I upload this and where?
How did I download that back then only?

Sounds like it's the same wiki which I downloaded from the old site around Christmas of last year, and shared via my onedrive:

It's got tons of crap that really doesn't need to be in there, but I let the tracker follow links several pages deep just so I could make certain I tried to grab any images or anything which a page might need or connect to for us.
