On the tutorial site at the bottom of the forward page is this: " I don't care what nationality you hail from or your country's political status. All are welcome here. "

As I see it, governments don't visit the tutorial and use QB64PE, it's people that do. I don't agree with many of the governments around the world, heck even my own government gets my goat at times, but the people under those governments are always welcome, this includes Russians.

I've been to many countries around the world and met many different people thanks to my time in the Marine Corps. The people of those countries are trying to get by and live life the same as the rest of us.
