RE: Memory Warning - Dimster - 06-09-2024 Thanks Luke - good to know So I gather from your repy to Dav that the IDE does Not have an "Out of Memory" warning or "Memory Limit Issue" warning. I have multiple Dim Shared lines, with multiple variables and arrays per line. It would appear to get the total amount of memory used by all can only be achieved one at a time. There is nothing the IDE can do to give the overall total memory cost of them all? Just wondering because the IDE must be calculating the individual memory size. I know Steve was saying it can't know the actual size of the RAM in any particular computer, plus INPUT could be a memory hog depending on how open a question is posed to the user. |
