hey Steve, is there any way we could cash in our stars here from the previous forum or from the new one that just opened up? Seems unreasonable to just discard all progress, I believe I've accumulated over 15 throughout the years

Sorry.  We only accept stars you've earned here.  You can't use your Burger King discount card at McDonalds or Wendy's after all.  Big Grin

Yeah, stars matter! 1 + 4 + 16 + 32 + 64 = 127 plus 3
1 + 4 + 16 + 64 + 256 = 341 plus 3

... or would you rather be a fish.

I recall at Galleon's old forum I "earned" a bunch of these silly stars by posting mostly farm puns, with Steve. Rob's response was to do what bplus did, make himself an icon with over 100 some odd stars in it. Fun times. Eventually, things got back to normal. I suppose in the long run, we all put our pants on one leg at a time, well, except Steve. He wrote a library for that particular task.

At kernelpanic, I've seen that pic before. That's the guy who invented FreeBASIC. What a big .....
