Truckload of old CP437 compatible fonts - mnrvovrfc - 10-04-2023

This was probably posted before:

They claim most of the fonts they offer are compatible with CP437. So no Unicode to worry about, no problems with using `CHR$()` with them!

This is great! It's a shame QB64 does not allow for adjustment of the size of the built-in font, as the IDE does not scale well to high-pixel-density screens and the text shows up small. Just last night I was trying to use an alternative font (JetBrains Mono Bold) but lack of the special characters ruled that one out.
