The power company will probably cut power this week due to wind related fire risk. They never used to do this until recently. It's pretty ironic that doing so may have caused loss of hydrant pressure in the LA fires, which needs to be investigated and reported on accurately. Don't hold your breath, but...
The good news is Judicial Watch is committed to investigating these fires and the role that city and state management had in the outcome. I look forward to their findings, and will be contributing to the cause.
I hope I can post a couple of things I have in the works for tomorrow. Initially I was planning to invite a friend to stay with us, but it looks like the fire may blow back on itself and away from him in the coming days. I did have an older cousin-in-law who lost her home in the Palisades, but we haven't been in contact for so many years I have no idea how to contact her anymore. Hopefully she retired, sold the property, and left before all this occurred.
Funny as I watched the news today. Hardly anyone wearing a mask. You know masks did absolutely no physical good to protect against Covid; a virus is too small, however particulates responsible for long term respiratory illness, which exist after a major fire, can be blocked by N95 masks. It makes me think God rushed it a bit when he created the world. That, and he bought the kit from Ikea.
