The _glBindTexture statement enables the creation of a named texture that is bound to a texture target.

- OpenGL has many predefined attributes and values used with its command parameters, which are detailed in the description.
Description
- The syntax above shall just clarify the type of the command (SUB or FUNCTION) and the correct QB64 Variable Types for the used parameters.
