Exploring QB64-PE default soundfont patches

I don't think this is problem with QB64-PE at all.
https://signal.vercel.app/edit fails to load the generated file too.
This is what I get when I try to play the dumped file with WMP

I just tried it with version 3.13.1 and the sound plays, there seems to be a difference between the unstable version and the current one
version to give.
And the VLC media player can play the file, but the Windows media player cannot.
