Some people don't have Thanksgiving. Others have it in places of the year other than November, eg. in Canada it's every October. At least that's what it is in the few chances I see the Toronto Blue Jays in action in baseball...

Cooked up a great 14lb bird yesterday. 2.5 hours at 325. Absolutely perfect. No prep other than an onion and celery base, with some herbs and spices. Stuffing a turkey, no way. For more info on necrophilia, refer back to the first sentence.
