  Adds custom command$ function to avoid filelist when * specified.
  Comments out some calls to SetCurrentDirectory.

  Fixes trim of all calls to Read.Command$

  New copyit v9.0a r9.1 updates:
    Adds /-6 Copyit switch to ignore filelist copied onto itself.
  Fixes parameter in CreateDirectory in Makdir and Newdir.
