Posting Error message is unreadable

Maybe it's my setup or something, but when I submit a post, if it's not accepted by the system, 
the error message returned is not legible. It's in black on dark red background. Is there a setting I can change for this?    
(I don't know what my error was when I discovered this, as I couldn't read it).

Scroll down as far as you can on any page.  At the very bottom right is a box which has all the available themes which you can pick and choose from.  Do two things for us:

1) Let us know what your existing theme is, so we can check for whatever the issue might be.

2) Test out a different theme and see if the issue is still present, or if it's just limited to the one which you're currently using and whatever your system settings/colors are.

Sorry, but how do I generate an error? What isn't permitted? My current theme is Calm but I think I'll try Dawn, now I know they're there.

i had the same problem trying to post a txt file of data

you get a flash of red and black text in tiny little box in top right corner, it's never up there long enough for me to grab my microscope to see what it says.

just try to upload a huge txt file, you will get that error, before zipping my permutations file was 42,525 kb

I imagine what you guys are seeing is simply something like the above, with the OS in Dark-Mode or such, which changes the color formatting, making it hard to see/view.  Nothing important really; just trivial, "You can't do that, Bub", type message.
