NEWS FLASH!

I've got gl (up to v4.6) working in Qb64 now! (via wrappers) but it works! Also DirectX 11 will work too eventually!)

SOOO, 

Natively QB64 does OpenGl version s1.1 but now !!!! My new Unseen GL version allows up to v4.6 and supports all legacy modes too!

(I am hereby reclaiming THE "I'm the DADDY" Status!)
