First I've heard of any issues as well. Maybe it's a localized issue like his ISP's DNS down, or such?

He's trying to connect on May the 4th. We only have current content updated to May the 3rd. He'll be able to see it tomorrow!

I' Big Grin m in Perth (W.A.) and I rarely have any problems connecting - though I do have some problems deciphering posts sometimes!
