The "Monty Hall" problem cannot be solved with a program because the moderator plays the main role here.
The moderator controls the candidate with his voice, with his tone of voice. In this way he can more or less specifically influence the candidate's decision, depending on how much he is psychologically suggestible. Even a sophisticated AI program fails there.
