QB64 Phoenix Edition v3.9.0 Released!

Attached is an SVG image of the QB64 PE Logo. I converted this by hand from raster to vector.

Have fun.

P.S. @a740g @smcneill @rhosigma The installer raster image that is in use in the current build is unsuitable for higher resolutions. The .desktop file in linux could be modified to use this .SVG file instead.

P.S.S. I also added .svg support for attachment types to the forum.

I agree. `qb64pe.png` is only 32x32 and may not look good on high res displays.
