Lol I just now saw this thread. Yeah, I used ffmpeg to extract all the frames and then used a Python script to convert each frame into an ASCII text file. As for the audio, I just used the extracted audio using MKVExtractGUI. Of course, I could have extracted the audio using ffmpeg but I like MKVExtract.

EDIT: This is pretty cool. I like the way it plays.
