How much spam are we getting?

@bplus AS for how to get those emails, click the image above and expand it.  As you can see, at the top of a forum is the option to subscribe to it.  Subscribe, and you can get emails for any new posts in that forum.

Update: I did not get any emails between time I subscribed last night and this morning though the forum now has "Unsubscribe" option where once it was "Subscribe" where Steve had pointed in screenshot.

I found an item under Profile settings, first column, 2nd options box, bottom item is a select from List of options that was marked 'Unsubscribed" and I changed to "email notifications", try that until it drives me crazy from this being such a popular forum
