@Terry, I don't need to tell Windows because everything ends up in D:\ as described. Nothing ends up in the standard Windows download folder under C:\, except for an update; that's probably set up that way on the server in question, or something like that. Like here:


But that's the absolute exception.

The download folder is set to D:\Temp\Download in all browsers - Chrome, Edge, Firefox.
