Hey Dav, hope you are high and dry. The news out here paints the usual hysteria that all of North Carolina is under water. I didn't see your hat floating down river on the news, so I'm hoping all is well.

Ha, I didn’t know that’s how he got the name.

Yeah, we’re all good down here.  Just lost power for a few days.  I have family in Asheville though that is still dealing with it. Talked to them this morning and more places are opening up, but they still have no running water where they live.  Rescuers are using mules to get to hard to reach areas.  Heard some horror stories, like linemen seeing bodies in tress. Sad.
