First, have you noticed how QB64 is written? The "4" number is slightly lower than the rest. Also, just reading the content, this appears to be only a training site. I don't see any link, or planned link, to obtain the actual QB64 application.
So, perhaps being overly pollyannish here, if these guys eventually provide a link to QB64pe, they would not necessarily be doing anything wrong, I don't think. Even if they charge for the training courses, this should not conflict with the QB64pe role in the world? Could even help to attract new users.
As far as I can tell, what they wrote in their site is valid information. It seems that someone over there did do their homework.
