Mean user base makes Steve cry

Don't cry, Steve, I'm sure we ALL noticed the smaller archives.

Made me wonder if maybe they were incomplete somehow, but a download+investigation proved them to be perfectly usable.

It's mainly all from swapping the compiler to a different version as we did.  

I just know the size is something that a lot of folks are interested in, so I wanted to point it out for everyone.  Size, speed, memory usage... we're like everyone else and try and keep these things in mind whenever possible, so we can be as efficient as possible.  Since this wasn't technically a GitHub change (we downloaded the compiler from elsewhere), it wasn't mentioned in the update notes, but I still thought it was worth pointing out for folks who may not have noticed.
