OK, I finally figured this game out. lol
Yes, it uses the Mouse.
It's a 2 player game, one human against another human. Or of course you can play against yourself. It says who's turn it is, player 1 or player 2. Player 2 is on top, Player 1 is on bottom.
When it is your turn, select a piece, which puts a white box around it, then on the right side, select what angle you want the piece at.
You can keep it the same angle or turn it. Then after that, select the square you want to move to. As far as I know, you can
only move 1 square at a time.
To shoot a laser at your mirrors or whatever, select the laser, select on the right side what angle you want to point the laser, then select the space you want to move the laser to, then press "Fire Laser". Then press Enter to stop the laser and go to the next person's turn.
I'm not sure what constitutes a win, either destroying all the other pieces, or the other person's laser. I think it's to hit all the other pieces.
There might be more to this game, but that is all I know so far. I see there's something about teleporting a piece, but I haven't figured that part out yet.
I'm really happy I figured this out so now I get to play it.
