How do you tag a user in a forum post?

Yep.  I got a notification.  

That's all there is to it:  @ and then the person's name typed out.  You'll tag them and get their attention to whatever post you wanted them to see. 

Okay now I see the @SMcNeill got changed to a hyperlink, but it wasn't displaying it as a hyperlink after I first clicked Post Reply, so I'm guessing it must take a minute to propagate.
