From my experience, you have to be logged in to github to download the artifacts.
I grabbed the osx version which was 131ish MB zipped... Extracted it to my PC... and then used 7z to compress it back down so it'd go up on the forums with no issues. The 7z version comes in at about 40MB or so.
You should be able to grab either copy here and extract, run as usual. (I think.) Test it out and see if the changes work for you.
