Well I think I resolved the issue finally by figuring out how to clear OneDrive, not easy, not like using File Navigator and selecting mass amounts with stroke of mouse...
I did find the normal DeskTop under users/me/DeskTop and then setup Files and Folders there like I have on Windows 10.
Then from the Start Menu I created a shortcut to that.
The Home page is useless to me if it's going to jam up OneDrive which in turn denies access to me to OutLook.
BTW OutLook access might have been screwed up in another way because I moved and am using cell not the landline from the place I moved from. I might have gotten the issues confused, 2 issues not one. They both occured at same time when I moved and bought new computer because old Dell was crapped out as my Windows backup. I had to wait 30 days to get phone number changed for MS security requirements.
BTW if you are wondering why I put everything on DeskTop, it's because I've never had to WhiteList QB64 from there.
