QB64-PE v4.2.0 is now available

I've been unable to extract the latest qb64pe_win-x64-4.2.0.7z gethub file without errors.  I've downloaded it several times. Here's the error message I'm getting.

Make sure to get the latest 7-zip package first, that should solve the problem.

Oh and by the way, we use another compiler chain under windows since v4.0.0, you may clean your installation a bit if you want with the program posted here https://qb64phoenix.com/forum/showthread...4#pid30404
