Usually, for convenience's sake, you'd just zip them all up into one folder, compress them, and offer them for download as a package rather than as a half dozen different files. I mean, can you imagine someone uploading each and every sound file independently onto the forms. "A.wav" "B.wav" "C.wav" "D.wav"... Sure, folks can pick and choose what they'd like from the list in that format, but you're going to end up having to track dozens of downloads to make certain all succeeded, none timed out, none were interrupted, you didn't skip any... It's just a pain to have countless files to download and track, when you can be much nicer to the user base by just letting them grab it as one file and then extract as needed/wanted.
That said, it really doesn't matter too much. Where you'll hit the *REAL* limit is in total file size. I've set the server to accept the largest uploads possible, but it's not a large limit. 200MB per post or such, if I remember correctly. Even if you break your download into 20 files, you still can't surpass that final size limit. Either you'll need to break it down into multiple posts of 200mb, or else you'll need to host the file elsewhere (icloud, dropbox, wherever) and then link to it for others to grab and enjoy.
