No way is Sam going down that rabbit hole. Multiplying fractions works, period. Determining when a repetend is no longer a repetend can get a bit tricky, and even if you made an iron clad system, you will still have accuracy problems with calculations that produce a tremendous amount of digits without repeating. Those can only be accurately used in other calculations when in fraction form.
