Building sounds with _SNDPLAYCOPY?

I'd love it if QB64 could record my thoughts, but then again, how really useful are null strings?

You may want to check the date on that code, if found, as I believe Windows moved from the "Sound" Recorder app to the "Voice" Recorder app in Win 10. Maybe that would make a difference in API accessibility?
