QB64 Phoenix Edition v3.4.0 Released!

Now I deleted the "IDE COLOR SETTINGS" 2+3 from the config.ini and it works.  -- Ok, the main thing is that it works as desired. 

I just see "IDE WINDOW" existed three times too. - Not anymore, and no problems with the IDE. I give it up.
