That produces some really weird results I need to investigate further. (2 * Frames) MOD 20, 18, and 9 all come out to 54FPS ?!?
Going in order from MOD 1 to MOD 20 you get:
0, 0, 40, 30, 48, 40, 52, 45, 54, 48, 55, 50, 56, 52, 56, 53, 57, 54, 57, 54
