QB64PE Excel-type spreadsheet supporting formulas and QB64PE macros?

Next stop for me is to try playing with InForm... Is there a guide for dummies for that? I mean real basic, like hello world basic... "download x file from {url}, put it in y folder with your code, then make a new .bas with z code in it"... because I find it kinda intimidating.

There are several ways to install InForm. As for instructions, it basically works like Visual Basic.

The last time I tried InForm, it had a bug where changing the design duplicated all the corresponding variables; I don't know if that's been fixed. And I found working with calculations simply too complicated.

ALL You need for now is the basics : H/V scroll bars, the text input box for manipulating a cells data, load, save buttons...Dont try to replicate excel...once that works you can do the colours etc...

Chances are you make 2 or 3 variants before you get anywhere near your final design but that DEV for ya! Once youve conquered the moving the grid with scroll bars, the rest can be added as you see fit...remember you need to move Slowly Slowly to catch the Monkey!

@madscijr - Just go for it. Whether you're too old, that's up to Death, and only Freund Hein.    It'll be alright. But I'd try Visual Basic first – there are tons of tutorials for that.

Visual Basic?? If MS was still supporting VB6, I might. 
But if you mean VB.NET, been there done that.
