Oh, Rob's forum. That one really got trashed when someone took it over unknown reasons. Rob even came back to post a warning, mentioned something akin tat it was probably being used for phishing and not to log in. Wayback archives picked up a few pages but most of the links to the pages you wanted to follow were no longer working. I had some of my best routines on that forum... comedy routines, certainly not coding ones!

No pete I was looking for the .net archive that used to be floating around. some of my old code i was working on was still there. It all got deleted from my computer a long time ago.

There's only a few pages of that old stuff that got preserved; it was basically the same as what you see if you use the Internet Wayback Machine, which is why I ended up getting rid of the older copies of the archive which I keep around for quite some time.   OldDosLover was the one who did the forum backups back then, and he only had the settings for something like "3 pages deep"...  Which meant you only got the first 30 replies to any topic at most, and that number dropped by 10, for each page deep it was on the forums.

Wasn't enough of it left to preserve the things that I cared about being preserved, so I just didn't bother to float that archive around as I swapped out computers and drives and other junk over the last dozen or so years that .net has been gone and lost to us.
I know for a fact the file I was looking for was included in the archive that was going around. That's why I'm trying to get a hold of it. Maybe it's lost forever. I shared it with a few people back in the day over discord but the link doesn't work anymore. I guess it's not a big deal but it would be cool if it showed up
