Is there a way to permantly replace the default .ico with a custome one?

Yeah, I never see animated icons, but animated icons are possible in qb64. On the video player thing I did this in the LOOP and it showed the playing video as the icon. _ICON _DISPLAY.  Kind of cool effect I thought, but probably wasn’t a good idea as _ICON isnt made to be called repeatedly like that.

Oh no, remember what happened when we tried to animate the banner?  This one is nice and static.
