I am having troubles getting InForm to work, allot of !@#$% involved!

Do I really have to have the absolute newest QB64pe installed. I have Inform installed thusly:
   

Why isn't this good enough?

I have a number of nice InForm apps that don't work anymore. Probabhly why I started my own GUI so much trouble with updates and distrbution.

since something is looking for an InForm folder. Where is the command for setup run from and where does the projects folders go?
