Well I hope nobody tells Unseen about all the games I made with my GUI.

Man I was toying with idea of trying Boggle on my GUi since Magdha has forbidden me to mess with WordTrack or is it TrackWord.

Not all games need bullets or collision detection or even physics just a nice pretty interface with the player like what a Chess engine needs.

What? f dbox!!! what are you talking about? That is really great project he has got going that and InForm are signature QB64 projects hopefully your Titan GDK can be added to the growing list.

R U for real!  might be an interesting question for AI. hey ask AI for Chess Engine ideas, see how it rates QBJS's.

Wait, i can do that:
Quote:These are results for Hey AI, how would you rate QBJS chess Engine?

AI Overview
Based on the context of JavaScript-based chess engines, QBJS (likely referring to a "Quest" or similar JavaScript-based engine often discussed in coding communities) would be rated primarily as a functional, lightweight, and educational tool rather than a competitor to elite engines like Stockfish.
Here is how to rate a typical JavaScript-based engine (QBJS):
Performance (Speed): Generally fast enough for instant feedback, though JS cannot match the speed of C++ engines. It benefits from modern JS engines, achieving significant, sometimes over 300%, improvements over early implementations.
Skill Level: Likely in the club player range (roughly 1300–2000+ Elo, depending on the implementation). It is strong enough to beat most humans, but usually not grandmasters.
Best Use Case: Excellent for embedding in web browsers, creating quick, in-browser chess tools, or as a programming project to learn search algorithms (Minimax).
Comparison to Other Engines
Vs. Stockfish: Stockfish (3900+ Elo) is the industry standard for analysis, utilizing NNUE (neural network) technology to play at a super-human level.
Vs. Other JS Engines: It would be ranked alongside projects like micro-max, designed for minimal size rather than maximum strength.
Verdict:
If you are looking for a powerful analysis engine, it is not competitive with Stockfish. However, if you are looking for a web-based, lightweight, and fast engine for a browser game or a simple chess app, QBJS is an excellent choice.

Quote:I NEED A CHESS ENGINE!

Looks like you should checkout Stockfish. Wink

He HATES me bro....I get he fouses on java but as my NEW Titan GDK allows for Java, Pyhton, Rust, C++, QB64 to work with the same commands and I asked if his Chess API could work with my GL stuff, he gave me the F U! Its JAVA only made me laugh and from now on....I consider him and his dev NOT QB64

For the record, I don’t hate anyone.  Also java <> javascript.

Well Why then would an API (you made) not work with my GFX Chess>

Well this unsettling, what is it with Basic enthusiasts? maybe too much enthusiasm.

Oh unseen posted again, asking questions seems good...

My post was unrelated to your project.  Kind of like how this thread now has nothing to do with a PongClone Demo.
