As far as I know, Fellippe stopped all his programming work for his mental health.
Guess all the efforts he put into QB64 (all the small and big changes over the past 3-4 years) and his own projects like InForm finally burned him out, or at least took so much time, that it had a bad influence to his family life.
However, the truth behind it, only Fellippe knows.
I hope he is doing well and maybe he will return to QB64 at some later day in the future.
