Oh, very nice! And Apple finally coughed up 16 gigs of RAM for all their M4 models - even the base unit. That should make your new machine a real screamer. I'm a little jealous.

Hahaha! I went with the base model: 16 GB RAM and 256 GB storage. Upgrading feels like a daylight robbery - $200 for an extra 256 GB of storage and another $200 for 8 GB more RAM. Seriously, who came up with this "Apple math"? Wait, the same folks who think a $999 monitor stand is a bargain!

Honestly though, I think the base model is worth the money and yeah it does work quite nicely.

It’s been quiet around here for forum members, but not so for game players looking for space action apparently. I noticed Rock Jockey now has 548 downloads and > 4600 views. That prompted me to fix as many bugs as I could and repost it.

Version 2.1 now has all memory leaks plugged, a bug that caused crashes in the shooting gallery section fixed and many other little issues resolved. I’ve tested it on Macs and PCs and it should be ready to go. As always, if you find a bug, please lemme know. Enjoy the update.

See the first post in this thread for the new download.

Better late than never... This game now supports JOYSTICKS. Tested on Windows and Mac. Please report any issues with the game here. I hope you enjoy this tribute to my youthful playing of Asteroids and Lunar Lander. Not a clone of either though.
