Upon an in-depth read of this, I found a typo on page two.

OR
This is sometimes called INCLUSIVE OR. It also takes two Boolean values and returns a third.
If both input values are FALSE the result is TRUE {<<should read FALSE}. For all other inputs TRUE is returned.
