I haven't read this whole thread, and from what a small amount I've read elsewhere, it looks like that place is going into a slow, horrible death.

Lack of clarity, lack of vision/scope/goals/intent.  No definition of what "Retro Coder" and "Retro Coding" mean.

A rudderless craft with no paddles heading right smack for the falls.  Could they not at least make the pending doom worth it ?
