Yes, I figured that.

I placed both QB64PE and InForm-PE folders at the same level, as per the instructions.

Now I need to try to use InForm ...

somewhere, somewhen Fellippe made videos maybe you can track them down?

Also get the github links to the docs.

I'd like to help but it's been a couple years and a couple hard drives ago!

I saw Fellippe pop in last night, maybe not Elvis but still a spirit alright!
