As I said, I posted this to try to engender some encouragement for newcomers, not to scorn the incredible products of those very skilled members such as yourself, Steve, et al. 
I really believe this site is, and can remain, a very strong source of learning for young players.

Phil, Me and BPlus are like brothers in this world, and I am quite the rough edge so please dont take offense.

Some "hi-brow" writers already give plenty of comments in their progs, and this is great for us mid-brow and low-brow members. It gives us the motivation to experiment and develop our own routines etc. And this is where new blood will come from.
Just wanted to be clear what I meant earlier.
