Typo in IDE ASCII Chart

UPDATE: That should be 1-31, not 0-31 as I previously stated. Character 0 can't be chosen.

I found a typo in a dialog box the ASCII chart displays.

The range of control characters should be 1-31 instead of 1-32 as seen in the image below.

Normally I don't look so hard but writing a tutorial based on the IDE has me looking at everything very closely.
