I'm getting that message too once in a while. Just try again. You might have to clear all cookies and history cache, leave browser then return.

"imgbb" site might be doing server maintenance or having a few troubles. Might have to wait a while. But this message could appear with any site.

Just when we think we were totally free from the totally-white pages that Internet Explorer left us sometimes...
