I wonder how this would look if you layer the print title on top of the image or just move the Logo down and the title over to left out of the tree.

I like the shadowing on letters like on the Logo and the font is nice except for Q (IMHO).

Now that's a real phoenix, not just a hawk painted red with fake sparks or something alike. Find a way to put "QB64PE" inside that thing and I would recommend it as an upgrade to the logo of this project. I say we have a new banner champion!
